Municipal Forestry Annual Expenditures Survey (Region 8)
This survey collects information in 'reference' cities that is needed to model annual costs and benefits in the STRATUM model. The survey is used in conjunction with the growth data collection in 'reference' cities. Used for Charlotte (NC) and Charleston (SC) reference cities in March 2005.
