Residential Tree Care Survey (Region 8)
This survey collects tree care cost data to support the STRATUM benefit/cost model. The survey is used in conjunction with the growth data collection in 'reference' cities. Used for Charlotte (NC) and Charleston (SC) reference cities in March 2005.
